Company Philosophy
Over the last 15 years our goal has been to shift the paradigm of a loosely-organized towing industry; one which has traditionally supplied inefficient and inconsistent service and is poorly perceived by the public. A fractured industry, populated by small independents simply cannot realize consistency of service, economies of scale, technological advances and purchasing power.
Realizing the opportunity to raise customer satisfaction and standardize service levels across the region, MetroPro embarked on a very successful campaign to understand the local marketplace, customers, municipal leaders and law enforcement community. That exhaustive effort culminated in the consolidation of multiple smaller operations into a single entity with the ability to provide consistent and cost-effective service to the entire community in which we do business.
However, service has to extend beyond providing emergency police response and general towing. MetroPro is also financially supportive and personally active in many community events and organizations. We are a corporate member of the Orange County Traffic Officer’s Association and a major sponsor of the Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) annual law enforcement appreciation luncheon. Our principals, managers and employees all serve on various community boards, commissions, religious and advisory groups. We believe it is our civic responsibility to assist the communities in which we do business and the involvement of our employees is not only supported, but actively encouraged.
